Privacy Policy

Manha Cloud Kitchen & Catering (“Manha”, “we”) operates a halal food delivery and catering service in Bangkok, Thailand. You can reach us at hello@manha.co.th or 064-491-3230.

When you place an order, we collect only what we need to deliver it:

• Name and phone number (to confirm and hand over your order)
• Delivery address or table number
• Email address (optional, for order confirmations)
• Order details — dishes, quantities, totals, delivery notes
• Payment slips you upload for PromptPay transfers (they may show your name and transfer reference)

We do not collect or store card numbers. PromptPay payments happen entirely inside your banking app — we only receive the transfer slip or confirmation you provide.

Your data is used to prepare, deliver and support your order; to contact you about it; to keep accounting records as Thai law requires; and to improve the menu and service using aggregated, non-identifying statistics. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use it for advertising profiles.

Order details are visible to Manha staff on a need-to-know basis: kitchen, cashier and delivery teams see what they need to complete your order. Delivery personnel see the delivery address and phone number for the handover. Our service providers (for example hosting) process data on our behalf under contract and do not use it for their own purposes.

Order records are kept for up to 12 months for customer support and accounting, then deleted or anonymised. Payment slips are retained as accounting evidence for the period required by Thai tax law. Account profiles are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to certain uses. You can also ask us to send you a copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@manha.co.th — we respond within 30 days.

Our website uses browser storage on your own device to keep your cart, language preference and sign-in session between pages. These are functional, not tracking, technologies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. Admin sign-in uses a strictly necessary session cookie.

Our service is intended for adults ordering food. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age allowed by Thai law; if you believe a child’s data reached us, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, announce it on the website. The version here always applies to new orders.
