Terms of Service

Placing an order through this website creates a request to purchase. An order is confirmed when the kitchen accepts it and payment (PromptPay transfer or cash on delivery) is verified. We may decline orders if an item is unavailable or the delivery address is outside our area; in that case any PromptPay payment already made is refunded in full.

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT as displayed at checkout. The total shown before you pay is the total you owe — there are no hidden service fees. For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready where possible; our drivers carry limited change.

Estimated delivery times (about 30 minutes for most of Bang Rak, Silom and Sathorn) start from order confirmation, not from when you start browsing. Weather, traffic and kitchen volume can extend real times, especially 12:00–13:00 and 18:00–20:00. You can follow progress live on the order tracking page using your order number.

If an order arrives wrong or cold, contact us within 2 hours at 064-491-3230 or hello@manha.co.th. We will remake and redeliver the affected items or refund them — your choice.

You can cancel free of charge while your order is still in “New” status — call us immediately. Once cooking has started we cannot always stop it, but we will always try. Catering and Iftar bookings: cancellation at least 24 hours ahead is fully refundable.

We cook with nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat and spices daily. While dishes are prepared with care, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact for severe allergies — please tell us in the order notes and call us to discuss. Spice levels shown on the menu are guides, not guarantees.

The ordering system is for genuine food orders. Abusive behaviour toward staff, repeated fraudulent payment slips, or automated scraping of the site may result in order refusal and blocking.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Thai law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
